LifeFit Wellness Programs
Cardiac Rehabilitation
LifeFit Cardiac Rehabilitation is designed to help cardiac patients return to normal activity through medically supervised exercise, nutrition and education. The program is part of Beaufort Memorial Hospital’s LifeFit Wellness Program.
Rehabilitation activities take place in the LifeFit Health & Fitness Center, featuring a fully equipped exercise room, indoor track, and exercise classes. Our staff of exercise physiologists, registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and registered dietitians are available to provide a wide range of services, including:
- Fitness assessments.
- Risk factor counseling.
- Nutrition counseling.
- Personal training.
