Asthma Control—Referrals
The Asthma Management Program at Beaufort Medical Plaza is designed as a physician referral for anyone with asthma. The program is available for people of all ages who have recurring emergency room visits, hospital admissions or frequent time missed from work or school, and for those who need to use rescue inhalers more than twice per day.
